We operate a global network of claims offices. Each office has specific geographic responsibilities for parts of the globe. Within their jurisdictions they have established contact with a large number of local surveyors.  This guarantees that someone can be there in person to view an incident and provide immediate mitigation support in local language and in local time.

We achieve 

We have an excellent retention rate of around 95% with some customers being with us over 30 years.
