TT Club Mutual Insurance Ltd (“the Club”) – Treating Customers Fairly
SERVICE COMMITMENT TO MEMBERS AND THEIR BROKERS
We will
- Deal with every Member of the Club and their broker fairly
- Charge a fair but competitive premium for the risk presented
- Give at least 30 days’ notice to renewing Members of their forthcoming renewal
- Explain the cover the Club provides – in as much detail as each Member wants
- Send Members certificates within 30 days of the renewal date
- Pay claims no more than 10 working days after they have been approved
- Explain why any part of a claim is not recoverable from the Club
- Provide each Member with advice relating to their Club insurance and other relevant matters
- Be available to every Member after office hours and in case of emergencies (contact details on Club website)

We want feedback from our Members and their brokers. You are welcome, and indeed encouraged to send us comments at any time - we will also actively seek your comments on specific areas of service from time to time. We will accept and deal constructively with all comments received in a timely manner.
