Claims
The Club's network is comprised of TT managed offices, supported by carefully selected independent specialists, called Network Partners. The Club has sought to bring claims service closer to Members and their brokers, into similar time zones, and where possible, into the Member's own language. The TT Club handles some 12,000 claims at any one time and opens over 7,000 claims files annually for an expanding Membership.
Claims handling is clearly a significant part of the service provided by the Club. Upon joining TT, each Member is allocated a claims executive who is responsible for their account. The level of assistance provided by the Club in handling a claim will depend upon the preference of the individual Member. Members and their brokers may often handle claims themselves, with advice and support from TT. If a claim becomes complicated however, or if there are commercial factors that make it desirable, the Club will take over if requested.
The Club's online claims analysis system, ClaimsTrac, allows customers to manage claims information for the benefit of their business. ClaimsTrac is a secure and private database of each Member's claims. Access is available to all Members and their brokers.
