Laurence joined TT in December 2006 as the Director of Global Risk Assessment. One of his main roles is to coordinate the Club’s Risk Assessment Programme (RAP).After joining TT from eight years at P&O Ports, Laurence first reviewed the claims statistics for all port operator Members of the Club, seeking opportunities to add value to the service already provided by the survey programme. Armed with this analysis, Laurence drew up a plan of improvement for the programme, which will be implemented over the next few months.
