ClaimsTrac enables you to view: 

  • the Claim Handler’s case summary to see the issues at stake and the general strategy to bring each claim to conclusion
  • a breakdown of the costs split between the claim itself, the handling fees and lawyers’ and surveyors’ fees
  • the cost reserves set against each claim

Simple claims analysis, anywhere in the world

With ClaimsTrac you can undertake a full analysis of your claims records, by monetary value or by date of incident. You can create bespoke reports by country, accounting year, claim status or risk type. It’s a versatile system that can save you time and money.

Instant claims overview

You can take a total overview of your history or drill down into the detail of an individual claim. By seeing where the most frequent or severe losses are occurring you can identify problem areas and work to avoid future claims or mitigate future risk.

Access to record statements

A summary of total contributions (premium) paid and estimated, and total claims can be generated including the actual loss ratio for the current year and previous five years. Transparency at renewal as well as using ClaimsTrac to view your claims information we will also provide a Record Statement at renewal showing all paid and estimated claims, so you can understand how your renewals premium has been structured.
