Martin has 40 years’ experience handling goods in transit claims. This includes working on behalf of Port Terminals, road carriers, freight forwarders and warehouse operators both in the UK and worldwide. He has worked for P&I Clubs, loss adjusting companies and latterly the TT Club. Martin’s experience ranges from routine to complex claim handling, assessing and providing opinion on contractual liability, negotiating claim settlements and pursuing recoveries.
