TT Talk - Training and good practice aids – requirements survey
Help define how loss prevention information can be delivered or modified for your operations to match your work practices and advancing technology. The TT Club, together with ICHCA International, invite you to complete a quick four question survey. Your feedback will greatly help us develop loss prevention solutions in 2014 that better support sound operational decisions and augment on-going training.
The TT Club has collaborated with
ICHCA Internationalin the production of a series of cards designed as quick reference 'good practice' guides for operational staff. The pocket sized durable cards provide summary information to support those carrying out workplace duties safely and consistently in accordance with acknowledged good practice, and are supplied with information concerning the main related risks. These cards can also support training initiatives, whether e-learning (such as
Exis Technologies IMDG e-learning) or classroom based.

Quay Cranes Minimum Safety Features Updated

Three industry bodies have produced Revision 1 of their Recommended Minimum Safety Features for Quay Container Cranes. Experts from international freight transport insurers, TT Club, together with cargo handling industry experts ICHCA and PEMA recommend minimum standard safety features to promote safety.
