Marcus is a qualified solicitor having worked in law firms in London and Sydney, in both transport and marine law. He has been with Thomas Miller since 1995 and worked as a claims handler on P&I, Defence, ITIC and TTC cases. Until 1 April 2026 he was Managing Director, responsible for the running of the Sydney office. Marcus currently supports the business in a consultancy capacity.
