TO ALL MEMBERS WITH CARRYING EQUIPMENT, LESSOR EQUIPMENT OR POLITICAL RISKS/WAR RISKS ON LAND (WROL) COVER AND TO TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS OPERATOR AND SHIP OPERATOR MEMBERS WITH HANDLING EQUIPMENT COVER

This notice applies to all TT Club Members including those Members who insure their risks with UK P&I Club N.V. where TT Club Mutual Insurance Ltd act as reinsurers.

Cargo - War risk exclusions circular

Please note that with effect from 13th March 2026 the Club has updated the list of excluded areas under its Forwarders Cargo covers for War, Strikes, Riots and Civil Commotions Risks, to reflect changes in the Listed Areas issued by the LMA Joint Cargo Committee (JCC) Global Cargo Watch List dated 4th March 2026.
