TT Club expands its Board of Directors to meet evolving industry needs

TT Club, the leading global transport and logistics insurer, has appointed two new Members to the Board of Through Transport Mutual Insurance Association Limited (Bermuda) (TTB) – Catherine Chien and Bao Xu. These appointments reflect TT Club’s ongoing commitment to strengthen its governance, ensuring its Board is a true representation of the Members it serves.

With over two decades of experience in global logistics and supply chain management, Catherine Chien brings to the Board deep expertise in digital strategy, customer engagement, and sustainable revenue growth – with a proven track record of translating technology and data analytics into long-term commercial value. She serves as Chairwoman of the Board and VP of Digital Marketing at Dimerco Express Group, a leading Taiwan-based global logistics provider.

Bao Xu joins the Board from COSCO SHIPPING Lines – one of the world's leading container shipping companies – where he serves as director. With a career spanning three decades, he has established extensive experience in leadership, organisational management, and labour relations across the COSCO group. Mr. Bao has a comprehensive understanding of large-scale maritime and shipping operations on a global scale, enabling him to provide valuable strategic guidance to the Board.
