The information needed for a quote

We aim to advise you as quickly as possible when it comes to quotations. Key information required at the start of the process includes:

  • Type of business
  • Approximate size of business
  • Location of business

We are happy to provide outline indications, subject to outstanding information being received. Further information required is detailed in our Submission Forms. These will need to be completed in order to provide a binding quote.

We will eventually need to create a binding quote with terms and conditions for your formal acceptance. This will comply with the Contract Certainty Code of Practice as proposed for the London Market

Our Service Commitment

The service we provide as part of our offering is core to our products and that is why we publish our Service Commitment. This provides a measure against which the service received can be judged. We also hold a regular Customer Survey to ensure we are meeting these standards.
