Cargo - War risk exclusions circular

ALL MEMBERS WITH FORWARDERS CARGO (CARGO INSURANCE) PROGRAMMES
This notice applies to all TT Club Members with Forwarders Cargo programmes including those Members who insure these risks with TT Club Mutual Insurance N.V. where TT Club Mutual Insurance Ltd acts as reinsurers.

Please note that with effect from 13th March 2026 the Club has updated the list of excluded areas under its Forwarders Cargo covers for War, Strikes, Riots and Civil Commotions Risks, to reflect changes in the Listed Areas issued by the LMA Joint Cargo Committee (JCC) Global Cargo Watch List dated 4th March 2026.
