War risk exclusions

ALL MEMBERS WITH CARRYING EQUIPMENT AND HANDLING EQUIPMENT COVER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A3, A11, S1 AND Z1

This notice applies to all TT Club Members including those Members who insure their risks with TT Club Mutual Insurance N.V. where TT Club Mutual Insurance Ltd act as reinsurers.
Please note that with effect from 12th March 2026 the Club has updated the list of excluded areas under its covers for War Risks, Piracy, Strikes Riots & Terrorist Risks, to reflect changes in the Listed Areas issued by the Joint War Committee (JWC) circular JWC033

Please note that with effect from 13th March 2026 the Club has updated the list of excluded areas under its Forwarders Cargo covers for War, Strikes, Riots and Civil Commotions Risks, to reflect changes in the Listed Areas issued by the LMA Joint Cargo Committee (JCC) Global Cargo Watch List dated 4th March 2026.
