TT to UKNV Transfer - Sealed Sanction Order

In May 2021, TT Club Mutual Insurance Limited ('TTI') and UK P&I Club NV ('UKNV') applied to the High Court of Justice of England and Wales pursuant to section 107(1) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ('FSMA').
During the sanction hearing on 2 December 2021 the Court made the Order and this can be downloaded below.
