We emailed you on 29 July 2024 to inform you of the portfolio transfer of TT Club fronted risks (insurance and reinsurance business) of UK P&I Club N.V. (‘UKNV’) to TT Club Mutual Insurance N.V. You can still view this circular on the TT Club website.

The transfer has now taken place and a formal notice has been placed in the Dutch Government Gazette, a copy of which can be accessed here.
