TT Club volunteers as part of the Thomas Miller Be the Difference initiative
TT Club was delighted to lend a helping hand to the Hackney Play Association. Seven members of the TT Club team rolled up their sleeves to help give the adventure playground some much needed TLC. Along with colleagues from the Thomas Miller group, the team cleared weeds and rubbish, brightened up the area with some painting and even constructed a wooden play hut!
Be The Difference provides a framework that enables employees to develop and grow as individuals, hone their professional skills and ensure they can really Be The Difference.
At the same time it provides the opportunity for our people to play their part in the community. This is much more than just charitable giving, although that is an important element. It goes to the heart of how we treat people, our participation in the communities where we work and our impact on the environment around us.
After a day of hard work, the team was able to make a real improvement to the facility and TT Club looks forward to supporting again in the future.
