Cargo theft continues to pose a serious threat to global logistics, with evolving tactics ranging from violent hijackings to sophisticated fraud. TT Club’s collaboration with BSI Consulting reveals that strategic theft using deception, forged documents, and even AI - is on the rise, particularly in transit and at vulnerable facilities.
The annual Cargo Theft Report provides critical intelligence on hotspots, targeted commodities, and emerging risks. This page explores key findings and outlines practical mitigation strategies, including enhanced due diligence, digital security, and staff training. Proactive measures are essential to protect cargo, reputation, and operational continuity.
