Customer Satisfaction Survey, next phase begins
20 June 2007
The eleventh phase of TT Club's Customer Satisfaction Survey begins today and will continue until mid July 2007. Feedback from telephone interviews is used by the Club in developing products and services to meet customer need. Member and broker opinion is used also to provide a key performance indicator in relation to TT's financial performance.
www.infocorp.uk.co, the global telephone interview company, has been employed by the Club to contact customers for their input, based on a short questionnaire.
TT Club is grateful to all Members and brokers who contribute to the survey programme and thank them for their continued support.
